Resetting Cisco Catalyst 2900 Series

Sometime I need to reset my Catalyst, may be cause by something unknown. Or I want to erase whole setting before, include enable password, IP Address and VLAN. To do this, I need terminal emulator or terminal itself. In this event, I use terminal Digital VT220. After I connected with a rollover cable between Catalyst and VT220 terminal, I enter the system until Catalyst prompt appear.
